Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware issues streamline and update websites
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
• Respond to IT support in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT infrastructure improvements
• Perform software troubleshooting and provide guidance to end-users
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and system configurations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Mac OS
• Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols
• Experience with VPN setup and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as servers, switches, and routers
• Proficiency in software troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Bilingual – English/Spanish is a must
