This category covers the purchase of marketing and communication services within the area. What you will do Preparation, negotiation and conclusion of national and international tenders (as per the tactical threshold), negotiations and contracts in compliance with the Allianz internal guidelines and the applicable laws and regulations based on given parameters by strategic procurement General consulting of business units and Allianz entities relating to tactical procurement questions to achieve the best sourcing strategies and gain best value for money Operate changes & requests in SAP / ARIBA Complete and keep up to date the contracts database Provide reports on spends, costs, items by request Support the strategic purchasing team on various tasks. Handles the automatic ordering process for the MarComm category – offers support to the business owners, does the dispatch of the request within the team, as per the defined sub-categories Close cooperation with key stakeholders, functional departments and procurement colleagues on a global level What you bring Successfully completed studies in a commercial or technical area (M.A. preferred) and several years of relevant professional experience in either tactical procurement (preferably in the area of Marketing&Communication products or services).
