Description
  • Planning, management and evaluation of targeted multi-channel ATL / BTL communication campaigns
  • Enforcing the corporate identity of Medicontur worldwide
  • Overseeing the creation of B2B & B2C promotional materials such as print / AV / merchandize / POS with graphic designers and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting in the development of targeted marketing mixes for international markets
  • Overseeing the international B2B distributor support practice and establishing effective working relationships with B2B partners
  • Serving the marketing requests of international B2B distributors, operating the distributor partner framework
  • Strengthening patient communication (B2C)
  • Independent, responsible planning and full implementation of dedicated marketing projects
  • Optimization of marketing processes, process development
  • Development of promotional materials (product information materials for healthcare professionals and patients).
  • Planning the appearance of the company at exhibitions and congresses, coordinating the procurement of necessary materials in cooperation with the international and domestic sales team
  • Internal communication support in cooperation with HR and other employer branding related tasks
  • Keeping daily contact with suppliers and subcontractors (requesting quotes, screening and preparing for decision-making)
  • Coordinating the work of the Marketing Assistant
  • Stock control and ordering of brochures, merchandise (Warehouse system)
  • Marketing KPI management: measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals
  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing
