Description du poste Votre future équipe Depuis les annonces gouvernementales de construction de nouveaux EPR et l’émergence de solutions alternatives de plus petites capacités (SMR, AMR), le secteur nucléaire connait une nouvelle ère de croissance accompagnée de nouveaux défis technologiques. Sous la responsabilité de notre chef de projet, vous renforcez nos équipes en charge des projets contrôle commande pour de nouveaux acteurs du nucléaire « game changer » qui développent des technologies « disruptives » autour des Small et Advanced Modular Reactors (SMR / AMR). Ces projets enthousiasmants combinent processus d’ingénierie agile, recours massif aux outils digitaux (BIM, PLM, …) et nécessaire respect des normes et réglementations nationales et internationales. Ils tirent profit du savoir-faire historique qu’Assystem a bâti au fil des grands programmes nucléaires. Vos missions Les systèmes I&C sont au cœur du fonctionnement de ces installations (conduite, sûreté, sécurité, …) au même titre que pour les réacteurs de forte puissance. Leur développement s’inscrit dans le cadre des principes de spécifications dits « Overall I&C » qui introduisent les fonctions, leur classification, leur allocation dans des architectures adaptées apportant sécurité et intégrité ainsi que conformité vis-à-vis des attentes des autorités de sûreté. Ces éléments sont des bases importantes pour cadrer les études détaillées et la réalisation ultérieure de ces systèmes. En tant qu’Architecte Systèmes de contrôle-commande nucléaire, vous serez chargé d’études de conception en phase d’Avant-Projet Détaillé (APD) : 🔹De la spécification fonctionnelle des différents procédés et équipements 🔹De la conception des systèmes de contrôle commande : allocation des fonctions aux différents systèmes, architecture automates programmables industriels (API) et supervisions (SCADA ou SNCC), conception technique. 🔹De la prise en compte des contraintes normatives et réglementaires (IEC 61511, IEC 61131 etc.) issues des spécifications globales, 🔹De la rédaction de cahiers des charges pour les futurs fournisseurs chargés des activités de développement et réalisation des systèmes, 🔹De la participation à la sélection de ces fournisseurs. Vous participerez également aux estimations des budgets et plannings prévisionnels associés au développement des systèmes de votre périmètre.
