Description du poste Votre future équipe : Sous la responsabilité de Florent Responsable d’Activités au sein d’Assystem Project Management, et Jérôme Manager de proximité, vous rejoignez les équipes en charge de la planification à Marseille. Vos missions : Dans le cadre de notre développement dans le secteur ferroviaire, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Planning Confirmé H/F pour rejoindre nos équipes. En support des chefs de projets, vos missions au quotidien seront les suivantes : Création du macro-planning et du planning détaillé en s’appuyant sur le standard existant en adéquation avec le WBS du projet, Création et mise à jour de la note d’hypothèse associée à la création du planning, Chargement en ressources des plannings, Identification du chemin critique et sous-critique du projet, anticipation des retards Création et production d’indicateurs via Power-Bi/Excel Récolte des données d’entrée pour la mise à jour du planning et alerter le Chef de Projet en cas de difficultés pour la récupération de ces dernières, Mise à jour des plannings projets et métiers en collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes du projet, Mise à jour du planning (avancement, anticipation des retards, anticipation des activités et interface à venir…) Prendre du recul sur vos activités de planification et apporter une vision externe au management.
