What You’ll Bring to the Role We are seeking an Inclusion Manager who brings a minimum of five years' experience in delivering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across global businesses. You will have a broad and robust understanding of various aspects of People Experience, including Wellbeing, Learning, and Engagement. This role requires a deep expertise in inclusion and wellbeing, with a proven ability to consult and collaborate effectively to unite diverse teams. You will have a lived experience of driving inclusion within large operations and will be adept at leveraging knowledge of external markets and legislative changes to enhance easyJet's DEI strategy. Additionally, you will be capable of working cross-functionally with the People Experience team to build a culture of inclusivity throughout the organisation.
