We are looking for exceptional individuals who want to learn, build, and lay a foundation for our company for the years to come.   About this role Noveon Magnetics is looking for someone who has experience in surface finishing for direct manufacturing and commercialization. Basic understanding or willingness to learn about electroplating metals and metallic alloys in aqueous solutions, pre-treatment, cleaning, pickling, Zn, phosphate, Ni/Cu, epoxy etc., and diagnosis and failure analysis of coatings.   This person will assist in electroplating and corrosion-resistance processes on pilot and production lines.
