In this role, you will lead the day to day operations of a dynamic commercial portfolio, balancing financial performance, tenant relationships, and property operations. You will contribute to cross functional work and help translate strategy into operational and community impact, supporting small businesses and revenue generating enterprises that are core to our neighborhoods. Position Summary The Commercial Property Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations, financial performance, leasing activity, and physical condition of assigned commercial properties. This role works closely with Property Management leadership, maintenance teams, vendors, and internal partners to ensure high quality service delivery and strong portfolio performance. This position contributes to key outcomes including revenue generation, tenant retention, operational excellence, and safe, well maintained environments for commercial tenants. This posting provides a high level overview of the role. A full job description with detailed responsibilities and requirements will be shared with candidates who move forward in the process. This position is based in Oakland, CA and requires full time on site presence across multiple commercial properties. This role requires regular on site presence, including the ability to move throughout the property, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift or carry materials as needed.
