Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between Hitachi Vantara and client stakeholders. Champion innovation and continuous improvement aligned with our clients IT strategy. Qualifications 15+ years of enterprise account leadership experience in IT services or infrastructure. Proven track record managing enterprise multiyear contracts and global delivery programs. Strong understanding of consumption-based infrastructure models and enterprise SLAs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent.
