Responsibilities:
· Assist in the planning and coordination of transport operations.
· Gain hands-on experience with fleet management and scheduling.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, vehicle and driver compliance.
· Ensure customer service is of the highest quality.
· Analyse logistics data to optimize routes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
· Recent graduate with a degree in any one of the following, business management, logistics, transportation, agriculture or a related field.
· Keen interest in road haulage and the logistics industry.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
· A knowledge or interest in the Agri sector
