JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their development through play and structured activities. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and well-being of children in our care.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
• A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong management and leadership skills to guide less experienced staff when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A valid driving licence is advantageous for potential off-site activities or events.
