Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary HR partner for the India & South Asia geography, translating Group priorities into locally relevant people strategies. Additionally, the People Director will be responsible for providing HR governance for the Global Operations team and the setup of Capability Centre for Operations such as Finance, Data analytics, etc. Support scale, capability maturity, and global delivery expectations. Align Capability Centre HR practices with global standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Enable workforce planning, talent pipelines, and succession for critical Global roles. Own and drive the end-to-end HR agenda, including strategy execution, workforce planning, compliance governance, talent management, and change initiatives, while ensuring alignment between local business needs and global objectives. Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for BU, Global Operations and Capability Centre roles. Partner closely with local leadership to support business requirements and build people readiness for change. Lead and coordinate local change, transformation, and employee engagement initiatives, and support the integration of newly acquired teams (PMI) to ensure cohesion with existing operations.
