Since its founding in 1996, our team has grown to over 150 team members with six locations. We operate in three states serving our six service lines - Infrastructure + Analytics, Site, Structures, Survey, Transportation, and Water Resources. We are looking for a People Success Intern to contribute to human resources tasks/responsibilities that support our CDI mission in Building Stronger Communities. Job Description: Assist with the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Participate in team member engagement initiatives and assist and this could include planning events.
