She/he engenders confidence, trust and fosters collaborative/collegial relationships that generate staff achievement and pride. The Nurse Manager facilitates an atmosphere of interactive management and the development of collegial relationships among the nursing personnel and other disciplines Qualifications Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required and a Master’s degree ispreferred. Minimum of three (3) years clinical care delivery experience. Certification in Quality Improvement Techniques is preferred. BLS (CPR) is required
