Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates. Apply quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management. Assist with and coordinate meetings and presentations. Work collaboratively with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed. Assist with project guides, reviews, invoices, and expense reports. Exhibit professionalism with clients. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills 2+ years of project coordinating experience. Proficiency in project coordination and administration. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with document control and administrative support. Ability to write and format business proposals. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience in construction and project management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
