Follow established procedures for handling cash, coupons, and store discounts. Maintain a working knowledge of all products, including new arrivals and special promotions. Keep track of expiration dates and remove any expired or damaged products from the shelves. Follow proper food safety and handling procedures when dealing with perishable items. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including assisting in opening and closing procedures. Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including safety and security protocols. Assist with cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
