Based across our two sites, at Green Hammerton and Tockwith Surgeries, you will be greeting our patients both face to face and over the telephone, dealing with a wide range of queries, offering a fantastic level of service and a very warm welcome.
You will need to be professional, friendly, well organised, able to work at pace, and able to balance conflicting priorities.
Previous experience working in a customer service role would be beneficial. The ability to deliver outstanding levels of customer service are however essential.
Shift patterns may include a 07:30 start and a 18:00 finish.
