Position Title:Hotel Receptionist Employment Type: Full Time Benefits: As per UAE Labor law+ OT Pay/Offset leave+ Duty meals+ airline ticketJob Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client: A 5 star hotel based in Dubai.

  • Job Description: Welcome guests professionally and manage check-in and check-out procedures as per SOP
  • Handle guest inquiries, telephone calls, reservations-related coordination, complaints, and special requests.
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge, Bell Desk, F&B, and other hotel departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, process payments and deposits, prepare required front-office reports


  • Qualifications:High School graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a 4- or 5-star hotel; home country experience is acceptable.
  • Clear English communication skills with good guest handling and customer service skills.
  • Presentable, professional, and well-groomed with a strong customer-service attitude.
