POSITION OVERVIEW The Clinical Pharmacist interprets and verifies medication orders, compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals, monitors drug therapy, and supports hospital-wide clinical pharmacy programs. This role partners closely with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based medication use across the hospital setting.
