Reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate Recruiting at Robinson’s Buckhead campus, the Assistant Director joins a high-performing, collaborative team committed to expanding access to graduate education and delivering a high-touch candidate experience, and will be responsible for the following: · Recruitment and Outreach: Collaborate with the Associate Director to plan and execute recruitment strategies across multiple territories. Represent Robinson at information sessions, open houses, corporate outreach events, and other recruitment activities locally, nationally, and internationally. Engage prospects through responsive, high-touch communication and relationship building. · Events and Engagement: Plan and coordinate major recruitment events, including Open Houses, Information Sessions, and Admitted Student programs. Partners with vendors, current students, and internal teams to support peer engagement, student ambassador initiatives, and digital outreach efforts. · Enrollment Funnel and CRM Management: Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel (prospect through enrollment) for assigned programs.
