Descripción del empleo Misión Responsable de liderar, inspirar y hacer crecer al equipo de pruebas en la excelencia metodológica de ISTQB y Testing agile. Funciones Gestionar la demanda del equipo de pruebas y la asignación de actividades de proyectos priorizados del cliente, realizando seguimiento y evaluación del desempeño de los integrantes del equipo de pruebas. Liderar la etapa de planificación, diseño, estimación, estrategia de pruebas funcionales y no funcionales y ejecución de pruebas. Liderar iniciativas de automatización de pruebas, asegurando la eficiencia y escalabilidad de los frameworks utilizados. Diseñar, implementar y mantener frameworks de automatización bajo principios de ingeniería de calidad y desarrollo ágil. Asegurar la integración continua de pruebas dentro del ciclo de desarrollo, promoviendo la calidad desde etapas tempranas. Actuar como referente técnico y consultivo frente al cliente, presentando avances, resultados y propuestas de mejora continua. Acompañar al equipo QA en la adopción de buenas prácticas, metodologías y estándares de calidad. Participar activamente en la definición de estrategias de prueba, herramientas y pipelines de automatización. Realizar seguimiento y evaluación del desempeño de los integrantes del equipo de pruebas. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las mejores prácticas de pruebas establecidos en base a los lineamientos metodológicos del ISTQB y Testing ágil. Revisar los requisitos, especificaciones y documentos de diseño técnico y garantizar el entendimiento y lineamiento del alcance de los requerimientos de proyecto con el equipo de pruebas. Diseñar, desarrollar y ejecutar scripts de automatización con soporte del equipo de pruebas. Promover la mejora continua del proceso de pruebas y la implementación de acciones de mejoras. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los KPI's de proyecto. Colaborar con los demás roles del equipo de proyectos. Requisitos Graduado de carrera universitaria en Sistemas, Industrial y/o afines. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en pruebas de software, con al menos 3 años en automatización. 3 años liderando equipos de pruebas, con conocimiento avanzado en gestión de proyectos tradicionales y ágiles. Certificaciones en SCRUM e ISTQB Foundation Tester. Experiencia práctica con herramientas para pruebas automatizadas: Selenium, UFT, Postman, etc. Experiencia liderando proyectos de alta complejidad con equipos multidisciplinarios. Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de calidad: Quality Center, Jira, Xray, etc. Conocimiento en tecnología informática y lenguajes de programación: Java, VScript u otros. Conocimiento para realizar pruebas automatizadas en web, servicios, microservicios y escritorio. Conocimiento en Oracle SQL y SQL Server. Familiaridad con OWASP ZAP, Acunetix WVS Consultant y HP WebInspect. Experiencia con SonarQube. Conocimiento y experiencia en Jenkins, Git y Docker. Experiencia en AWS. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Experiencia en integración y entrega continua (CI/CD) y herramientas asociadas.
