OUR CLIENT IS AN MNC COMPANY IN THE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY. DUE TO THEIR CURRENT EXPANSION PLAN, THEY ARE SEEKING AN AIR FREIGHT OFFICER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM, WITH THE AIM OF FURTHER STRENGTHENING THEIR HIGH-PERFORMING WORKFORCE. THE POSITION IS BASED IN THE EAST.

Position: Officer – Air Freight, Import Billing ( 12-month contract role. This position may be converted to a permanent role based on performance)
Location: Changi

Working Hours: 5.25 days per week

• Mon – Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:50 PM
• Alternate Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Salary: S$2,300 – S$2,800

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or other related fields
• Understanding of air freight operations
• Positive and collaborative work attitude, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Detail-focused with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to contribute to process improvements.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Flexible to manage operational matters beyond regular working hours when required.

• Prepare customer invoices according to tariff details in account profiles.
• Issue and post invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Compile and send monthly billing summary reports to customers.
• Liaise with both internal teams and external clients to resolve rate or charge disputes.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Ensure billing requests are received without delay and processed within the stipulated timeframe.
