Generate procedures for the whole operations. Provide analysis, corrective actions and lot disposition for process and quality related concerns. Perform qualification buy-off and releases for new/change in Process/Flow, Manufacturing Software, Equipment, Device, Package, and Materials. Job Responsibilities Process Improvement Understand Process and Specifications Cost Reduction Process Qualification and Releases Metrics monitoring and update Customer complaints and returns management and support. Support customer audits. Tasks Reduces LRR and Visual Mechanical rejects through Root Cause Analysis and providing corrective /preventive action. Provide analysis, corrective actions and lot disposition for process and quality related concerns Provides timely disposition on process related Hold Lots/Non-conformance lots Conduct Trainings for technicians, operators and new hired Engineers as needed Maintain updates and procedures such as FMEA, Control Plan, Release to Production, Operation procedures/OCAP, etc. Perform material qualification and releases Perform qualification buy-off and releases for new/change in Flow, Processes, Manufacturing Software, Device, Package, Assembly, etc. Identify evaluation requirements/tasks and improvement actions to work on achieving Plant and Department goals Supports resolutions of customer complaints through 8D problem-solving techniques.
