We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an opportunity to support complex litigation processes while contributing to a collaborative legal environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in litigation support and administrative expertise to ensure the smooth operation of case management and trial preparation.

• Assist in all stages of litigation, including document production, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Conduct citation checks using the Blue Book to ensure legal documents meet required standards.
• Manage and organize case files using litigation databases such as Relativity or similar tools.
• Support deposition preparation by summarizing key information and organizing exhibits.
• Handle e-filing through court-mandated systems - state and federal
• Coordinate docketing and scheduling to ensure compliance with court deadlines.
• Prepare presentations and legal documents using advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Maintain up-to-date case files and ensure accurate documentation throughout the litigation process.
• Provide administrative office support as needed to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to streamline trial preparation efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on litigation support.
• Proficiency in Blue Book citation formatting and legal citation standards.
• Hands-on experience with litigation databases such as Relativity or comparable tools.
• Strong knowledge of e-filing systems - state and federal
• Skilled in preparing trial materials and summarizing depositions effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for document and presentation creation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing case files and deadlines.
