QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 3+ years of experience in cost accounting.
Expertise in inventory, pricing models, purchasing analytics, and BI tools.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and standard cost methodologies.
• Proficiency in inventory analysis and annual physical inventory processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Ability to travel quarterly to other plant locations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their role in cost accounting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and improve inventory analysis, management, and reporting.
Will prepare and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly gross margin analysis to senior leadership.
Will be actively involved with month end closing, journal entries, accruals, inventory roll forwards, etc.
Provide accurate cost accounting support to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop meaningful relationships with various members of the operations team.
