The Opportunity The Sales & Marketing team is key to the success of the Retail business. What you’ll be doing Handling inbound calls from existing and prospective customers who might be: Moving home Reaching the end of a fixed-term tariff New to EDF and exploring supplier options Interested in EV tariffs, B2B partner services or staff tariffs Providing quotes, explaining terms and conditions, and processing successful sales in our Kraken system Ensuring all sales are fully compliant with regulatory and internal standards—only compliant sales count toward commission Working towards sales targets in a supportive, performance-driven environment Operating within core hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:15 Who you are We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a sales environment.
