As an Internal Comms Executive you will support the delivery of clear, engaging and timely communications that keep colleagues informed, aligned and connected. Support measurement and reporting of internal communications activity, including engagement metrics and feedback insights. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistent tone and adherence to brand and compliance guidelines. Coordinate approvals, manage distribution schedules and upload content to the intranet and other channels. Contribute ideas to colleague engagement initiatives, recognition programmes and change communications. Skills and experience: Excellent written English with strong proofreading and editing skills. Some experience in internal communications, HR communications, marketing, or a related support role (this could include placements or freelance work). Understanding of how to write for different internal channels (intranet, email, digital displays and meetings). Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accurate trackers. Comfortable using MS Office; familiarity with content management systems, intranet platforms or email distribution tools is a plus. Team player with good interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders and respond to feedback constructively.
