Our team is looking for a creative and resourceful team player who is knowledgeable about relevant media with the desire to grow their network of media relationships. Further, excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail and strong communication skills are a priority. What You’ll Do: Provide administrative support on client accounts, including scheduling conference calls, meetings, taking notes, and other tasks as needed Monitor press clippings for clients, track media impressions and ad values, and create/maintaining coverage reports and grids Collaborate with the team in selecting promotional clip suggestions and brainstorming pitch angles Handle incoming press requests and occasional pitching to media outlets, as well as updating media lists Review and edit press materials, including press releases and alerts, as well as ensuring press kits are current Help develop proposals for new business opportunities.
