Drive operational execution to deliver exceptional health services thru the development of a continuous process improvement and operations plan, including assessment of needed services, provider requirements, resource needs, and linkages to broader Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) and Presbyterian Health Plan (PHP). Strategic Leadership Develop and implement SGH strategic vision, ensuring alignment and balance with enterprise’s overall mission and goals. Identify market opportunities to drive growth, improve outcomes / costs for patients, and enhance competitive positioning within the region. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence across the operation and team. Regulatory and Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing hospital operations. Maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies, ensure timely and accurate reporting. Proactively address compliance risks and implement corrective actions when necessary. Financial Stewardship: Ensure the financial execution of SGH through effective budgeting, cost management, and revenue optimization.
