This role is ideal for someone who knows how to build their own desk, develop client relationships from scratch, and consistently make high-quality placements. This is not a role for an account manager or someone new to the industry — we want someone who can hit the ground running, win business, and close deals. You'll be focused on mid to senior-level permanent placements and grow your desk with the full support of your manager.
