This is not a theoretical role—you must have real, hands-on experience running end-to-end US recruitment, designing ATS workflows, setting KPIs, and hitting ambitious targets in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & High-Volume Recruitment Lead full-cycle recruitment for US-based Sales teams, Operations, Leadership, and specialized roles. Build high-velocity recruitment pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously, balancing quality and speed. Drive aggressive hiring targets, ensuring consistent time-to-fill and conversion metrics. Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, competitive sales positions. 2. Team Leadership & Performance Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team capable of executing high-volume recruitment with precision. Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, track recruiter performance, and enforce accountability. Conduct Performance Improvement Plans for underperformers and foster a culture of speed, ownership, and excellence. 3. Process Optimization & ATS Setup Design, implement, and optimize ATS workflows and dashboards for tracking productivity, pipeline health, and metrics. Refine recruitment processes to maximize efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve hiring quality. Establish structured SLAs, evaluation scorecards, and KPI frameworks to drive consistent outcomes. 4. Stakeholder Management Partner with US leadership and department heads to define role briefs, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines. Communicate proactively on pipeline health, challenges, and risks. Serve as the single point of accountability for all US recruitment outcomes.
