Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Overall supervision of ERP development / operations team, providing guidance, support.
• Monitor/evaluate system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the product.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, policies, and procedures, to support system usage and troubleshooting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Software development / System Design experience, preferably in Angular / MS SQL platform.
• Implementation / Training / Project management experience with expertise in system design / function consultancy.
• Experience in software development company.
• Expertise in all modules related ERP / HRMS / FMS.
• Experience in Contracting Domain will be an advantage.
• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Administration or in related field.
• Proven experience as a senior person in software development company.
• Expertise in complete SDLC of ERP / HRMS / FMS software.
• Strong Project management / Team building skills with the ability to lead complex ERP implementation projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
