We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team, operating at the intersection of Engineering, Product Management, and cross-functional leadership. This individual will be working with the Engineering Pods, Product Managers, Product Operations, Security, SRE, and Leadership teams. This candidate plays a critical role in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of high-impact product features and capabilities.
The TPgM will serve as a trusted partner to both Engineering and Product, driving alignment on priorities, owning execution plans, and proactively identifying and removing roadblocks to delivery. This person is fully accountable for end-to-end delivery, from planning, risk mitigation, and scoping through implementation and release, ensuring outcomes meet both technical and business objectives.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and coordinate across a broad range of stakeholders across different timezones. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, brings structure to ambiguity, and is passionate about innovation and execution excellence.
In this role, the TPgM will work closely with Engineering leadership to drive operational rigor, and with Product leadership to ensure delivered solutions are aligned with our customer needs and strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Own and be accountable for a specific program area, driving the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through launch and post-release success.
Manage scope, complexity, and impact of programs by aligning stakeholders, driving execution plans, and ensuring delivery meets business and customer outcomes.
Lead and collaborate across functions, working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and internal teams to ensure successful program execution.
Navigate ambiguity and evaluate complex situations, making data-informed decisions and aligning stakeholders to drive toward d goals.
Identify, manage, and coordinate dependencies and integrations across projects, teams, and systems to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
Continuously assess and evolve delivery processes; recommend and implement improvements that increase efficiency, execution quality, and team collaboration.
Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs with composure and focus.
Facilitate program governance by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing risks, and developing mitigation and contingency plans.
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables throughout the program lifecycle.
Communicate effectively at all organizational levels — through well-structured verbal updates, written summaries, and visual dashboards.
Lead cross-functional meetings and workshops, while guiding teams on best practices, process adherence, and delivery excellence.
Build and maintain detailed program and project schedules, highlighting key tasks, milestones, and critical paths across multiple teams.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional software development or cloud infrastructure programs in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
Professional Program/Project Management certifications a plus
Experience leading programs using Cloud Technologies and understands agile tools and concepts
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Monday, Aha, or other project tracking and reporting tools is a plus
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000 - $204,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
