Confident in applying commercial property expertise to maximise value across diverse and complex portfolios. Experienced in developing and implementing documentation, policies and procedures to support compliance and consistency. Adept at engaging, influencing and managing relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Understanding of commercial infrastructure and property processes. Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.   Essential requirements of the role Relevant tertiary qualifications in property management, business, or a related discipline and/or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in servicing a large and complex property asset portfolio.
