Key Responsibilities Offering Memorandums (OMs) Draft, design, and edit professional OMs for property listings and investment opportunities. Social Media Management Develop and execute social media strategies to promote listings, company updates, and brand awareness. Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) tailored to platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize campaigns. Email & Communication Support Manage executive inboxes, draft responses, and prioritize communications. Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and follow up on client inquiries. Ensure timely and professional correspondence with clients, partners, and internal teams. Administrative & Operational Support Assist with document preparation, filing, and transaction coordination. Support marketing campaigns and property tours. Handle confidential information with discretion.
