We are looking for an experienced line cook who can support and expedite the kitchen operations. This is an active cooking and support role. This hip concept boasts an eclectic menu, casual venue and vibrant target market. This is a fast-growing brand with great support systems in place for a successful candidate. We serve a high volume of customers on a daily basis. Our tip structure is very favorable to the kitchen.

Experience, Skills and Qualities Experience in high volume restaurants. A hunger for learning and pursuing more advanced cooking roles Preparation, plating and presentation of dishes Liaison with the front of house team while running shifts, daily operations, and making decisions on the fly. Ensure Kitchen is always cleaned, organized and compliant as per Alberta Health Services (AHS) standards

Starting salary: $15 to 17$ /hour + tips
