You will build and improve tooling to reduce stress during incidents, lead blameless post-mortems, and ensure that we learn from every event to prevent recurrence Engineer for Reliability: Contribute directly to our internal libraries and service templates (primarily Java/Spring Boot) to provide a "paved road" for reliability.
