About the Team DoorDash Labs is an independent team within DoorDash. We're hiring an experienced leader to scale our Remote Assistance function for robotics solutions solving business problems. About the Role You will be the leading Remote Assistance Operations team at DoorDash Labs. You will lead a multinational function responsible for assisting our robots in testing and in commercial deployment. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Central Operations in our DoorDash Labs organization. You must be located in the Bay Area, CA or the Greater PHX Area, AZ and is a hybrid in-office and remote role with expectations of 60%+ in-office.
