We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Foreman to join our construction company. As the Shop Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our equipment and materials shop, ensuring the efficient maintenance, repair, and organization of construction tools, machinery, and supplies. Your leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our construction projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

· Supervision and Leadership: Lead a team of shop technicians and mechanics and ensuring that they perform their duties and to the highest quality standards.
· Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate and perform maintenance and repair activities on construction equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure they are in optimal working condition and comply with safety standards.
· Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of construction materials, tools, and supplies, and collaborate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment as needed.
