Description
Description We are seeking an Accounting Manager who is responsible for managing key areas of the financial close process, revenue recognition, project costing, WIP analysis, financial reporting, and team mentorship. This role acts as a key resource for the accounting team, backs up the Controller as needed, and helps ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. The Accounting Manager must have broad experience in general accounting and a strong understanding of GAAP, including an understanding of ASC 606 Contract Revenue Recognition. In addition to managing revenue forecasts, margin analysis, and WIP reviews, this role delivers insights to leadership on project performance and overall financial health. The Accounting Manager partners closely with Project Management, Operations, and the Finance team to drive execution of company financial goals. The ideal candidate is motivated to develop, lead, and continuously improve processes, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s rapid growth and operational excellence.
