We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales Executive and Designer to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with a passion for design and strong customer relationship skills. The ideal candidate will handle both sales responsibilities and design development, supporting clients from concept to execution while achieving sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a design or fit-out company.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail.

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify sales opportunities and pitch products or services tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with project and production teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and present conceptual designs and layout proposals.
• Use design software to develop detailed drawings or visuals.
• Modify designs according to client feedback and site requirements.
• Ensure designs align with brand standards and project budgets.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and assessments if required.
