About Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.   About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Steward to join the resort’s Wynn Oasis team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Ensure crockery, pots, and glassware are cleaned and stored accordingly. * Assist Stewards with their assigned tasks. * Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas, including ovens, stovetops, floors, and ceilings. * Supervise and monitor the correct use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals. * Remove and dispose of kitchen garbage in accordance with hygiene standards. * Perform duties assigned by the Supervisor and assume responsibilities in the Supervisor’s absence. * Monitor the cleaning, washing, and storage of crockery, pots, and glassware. * Participate in daily briefings and share relevant information with the team. * Correct deviations from stewarding procedures promptly through on-the-job training. * Interact professionally and positively with department and company team members, management, and contractors. * Attend departmental and interdepartmental meetings and share relevant information. * Foster strong relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communication. * Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. * Maintain a well-mannered, well-groomed, and hygienic appearance at all times, in line with department and company standards. * Follow health and safety standards and strive for continuous improvement to prevent health and injury hazards. * Participate in the company recycling program and maintain strict discipline to reduce, reuse, and recycle wherever possible.   About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * The minimum educational qualification required is completion of secondary school; higher academic credentials are considered an asset. * Due to gaming operations and associated regulatory requirements, the minimum age for employment is 21 years. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the 5-star hotel industry or integrated resort, of which at least 1 year must be in a team leader role in stewarding operations across multi-outlet or chain food and beverage environments. * Knowledge of the correct use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Physically fit and capable of cleaning high areas, large equipment, and heavy lifting. * Good interpersonal skills. * Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. * Flexible with work schedules and able to work in shifts based on business needs. * Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.   About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
