Prepare, submit and track technical requests for change (RFCs) and monitor/report on their execution to support project delivery Issue project change requests (PCRs) as applicable in response to changes in scope, schedule, budget Helps the PM/Sr. PM manage scope, timeline, and costs, and takes appropriate action when needed, to achieve project objectives in accordance with business needs/expectations.
