Collaborate for Flawless Execution Execute activations seamlessly in venue, working with On-Premise Team and customers to adapt plans for venue- or customer-specific opportunities. Build strong working relationships with venue decision-makers and staff to ensure activations are executed flawlessly, brand standards are upheld, and opportunities for future collaboration are maximised. Coordinate with agency partners to deliver activations to the highest standard, on time and within budget. 3. Monitor, Evaluate & Optimise Set SMART objectives for all activations and track performance against agreed KPIs. Provide concise wrap-ups with outcomes, learnings, and recommendations for future activations. Gather and analyse market insights, sales data, and activation results to inform continuous improvement. Manage activation budgets accurately and responsibly, ensuring disciplined allocation, clear reporting, and maximum ROI. Contribute to annual planning milestones (IAP or equivalent) by identifying opportunities and gaps early and ensuring on-premise plans maximise impact in the channel.
