We are searching for experienced Area Managers across multiple locations in Nuriootpa, Loxton, Murray Bridge and Naracoorte to provide leadership and guidance for the Maintenance Delivery Team and associated sub-contractors across this new contract. In this role you will be responsible for managing the maintenance planning, estimating, resourcing, mobilisation and administration of works along with monitoring the execution of Improvement Works, Periodic Maintenance, and Routine Maintenance activities in a cost-effective manner. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver road maintenance services on time and within budget. Manage budgets and monitor performance to ensure cost efficiency. Build strong client and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication. Coach and develop Supervisors to build capability and drive improvement. What you’ll bring Experience: 5+ years in civil or maintenance operations, including multi-crew or area management.
