Your new role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Engagement Marketing, Direct this position plays a pivotal role in developing and delivering engagement marketing communications specific to the join and welcome phase of a member’s lifecycle with the Fund. This position will be responsible for ensuring the Fund’s welcome program engagement marketing communications approach is a positive branded experience through the delivery of compelling, consistent, timely, channel-appropriate, personalised messaging. Key duties include but are not limited to: Develop industry-leading engagement marketing communications. Develop a wide variety of end-to-end communications including but not limited to eDMs, digital copy, digital assets, brochures and promotional assets (including paid social ads) Gain input from a range of internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, including but not limited to Compliance, Marketing & Member Experience and Brand to craft the messaging Understand the member needs and consider the full user experience and champion best practice creative development and design. Translate complex and technical concepts into straight talking and compelling communications. Continually assess results and performance of engagement marketing assets to ensure continuous improvement and provide feedback to inform future strategies Ensure the brand representation is potent and consistent across all engagement marketing communications and helps to build brand strength and preference. Brief and manage external creative agency or internal studio to deliver relevant outputs to help communicate the story/key message, and ensure work is executed on time and to budget. Support the Manager and Senior Manager in the annual and quarterly planning and prioritisation process. What you’ll need Proven experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably within the superannuation or financial services sector. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar required. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to convert technical concepts into plain language. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
