Afin de sécuriser les opérations et le fonctionnement de la filiale Roche Pharma France, l’Unité des BPP garantit notamment que nos pratiques de promotion, nos interactions avec les professionnels sont conformes. Elle forme toute la société aux référentiels de nos métiers et en assure la mise à jour. Elle organise les parcours de formation Réglementaire, Produit et Environnement pour les métiers en interaction avec les professionnels de santé. Les BPP assurent par délégation du pharmacien responsable les dépôts de publicité et la mise en place et le suivi de la Charte de la Promotion. Au sein de l’unité Bonnes Pratiques Professionnelles, l'alternant(e) BPP accompagne les équipes en matière d’environnement réglementaire associé à la communication (promotionnelle, environnement et institutionnelle) et aux bonnes pratiques professionnelles des métiers en interactions avec les acteurs de santé de notre écosystème. En collaboration avec les Spécialistes BPP, il/elle contribue à la validation du matériel et des opérations promotionnelles & non promotionnelles dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur et des standards internes à Roche. Accompagné(e) par toute l’équipe des BPP, vous travaillerez sur différents parcours de soins (cancérologie, neurosciences, ophtalmologie, maladies rares....) de façon collaborative et transversale avec la plupart des différents métiers au sein de l’entreprise pour les accompagner dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de leurs projets, en conformité avec les règles d’éthique du groupe Roche et la réglementation applicable. Vos missions en détail: Bonnes Pratiques Professionnelles ● Participer à l’élaboration de recommandations de Bonnes Pratiques sur des sujets en lien avec les activités promotionnelles & non promotionnelles et définir le plan de communication/formation optimal ● Accompagner la mise en place des projets des équipes internes des différentes directions en effectuant une analyse de risque en collaboration avec les autres experts métiers de la filiale et en émettant des recommandations sur le cadre de faisabilité.
