The successful candidates will have a proven track record in structural design across a wide variety of projects. At Integral Engineering Design, personality and excellent communication skills are key, as you’ll be liaising with clients and colleagues daily. This is a full-time permanent role, though we welcome applications from candidates who can offer near full-time hours.
We offer a hybrid working pattern, typically with two days a week from home, helping to balance flexibility with maintaining a strong in-office culture.
The Salary range for the position is £39,000-£51,000 depending on location and experience. Pension, an annual leave entitlement which includes time off between Christmas and New Year and the option to purchase additional leave, enhanced maternity and paternity benefits, life insurance, group income protection policy, cycle to work scheme, Employee assistance programs and funding for an annual professional subscription. We also have a policy of finishing at 3.30pm on the last Friday of each month, which is open to all and is pro-rated for part-time staff. All staff benefit from a generous training provision including weekly CPD sessions and team events such as the annual company day and business day.
