Overview:
Location: Role is hybrid in Plano, TX at 7701 Legacy Dr. Candidate should expect to be in office 2-3 days per week. Candidate must live a commutable distance.

This Total Rewards Operations Associate Manager position reports into the People Experience & Operations team, primarily supporting the US operations of PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA). This important role will give the right candidate exposure to different functions in the company, and a foundation for a successful and exciting career at PepsiCo. It will provide subject matter expertise for the effective management of the Sales Compensation solution (ICM) used to process incentive pay for the PFNA US Field Sales organization of ~16,000 associates. It will also support identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance sales compensation solution functionality as well as continued improvement in sales incentive program management by engaging in system transformation initiatives.
