Essential Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Commercial Operations (healthcare, pharma, or B2B preferred). Proven expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and SQL. Strong understanding of commercial KPIs, funnel metrics, order, sales, channel, and performance analytics. Experience in data governance, dashboard architecture, and cross-system data integration (SFDC, ERP systems, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence non-technical audiences. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance detail-oriented execution and high-level business vision. Strong project management and complex problem-solving capabilities.
