You’ll be responsible for the supervision of Atrium operations, including but not limited to – service mise en place, equipment set up and pack down, food and beverage service in Atrium and the other outlets when required. Maintain consistency and quality and ensure your team are trained to do the same Assume responsibility for preparing the Atrium Lounge for service including opening/set-up, clearing, re-setting and closing procedures ensuring responsible financial transaction handling Assist the Bar Manager with colleague training and development, manage scheduling, timesheets, and oversee inventory and stocktakes.
