Responsibilities Our exciting District Manager-In-Training (MIT) program allows you to learn and grow at an established company with over 45 years of experience. As our newest associate, you’ll experience a custom interactive program that will guide you through hands-on and computer-based training, lasting approximately twenty (20) weeks. The program focuses on the following areas: District Manager - Responsible for managing multiple accounts in an assigned territory according to policies and procedures and federal/state requirements. Able to perform the job assignments of the cook, prep cook, dietary aide, and dishwasher as necessary. Training & Development - Provides leadership, support, and guidance to ensure staff meets Dining Services quality standards, inventory levels, food safety guidelines, and customer service expectations.
