• Greeting and interacting with guests
• Creating a welcoming environment and offering recommendations
• Presenting and explaining the menu clearly and confidently
• Supporting food and drink service throughout the day
• Helping with set-up, clear-down and keeping the restaurant looking its best
• Following all food safety and quality standards
